General Terms of Participation
Please read carefully the following General Terms of Participation, in the “Forever travel” organized packages, which are in line with Community Directive 90/314 before signing up to one of our organized packages. By signing up to a package in any way whatsoever, you signify that you simultaneously and unreservedly accept the following General Terms of Participation, according to the P.D. 339/1996 in line with the directive 90/314/EEC. We also note that in the General Terms and Conditions are mentioned the general information rights and obligations of the two parties, whereas for concrete and specific aspects information (destinations, prices, days and times of departure / return, transportation, lodging, visits, etc.) for each package separately, you should consult our valid form of program and our pricelist.
“Package”, according to Presidential Decree 339/1996, means the prearranged combination of not fewer than two of the following elements, namely transport, accommodation, other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package, when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than 24hours or includes overnight accommodation. “Package” is considered and when the provision of individual services within an organized trip is done with separate billing, but at the same time and from the same provider. Not considered as package the individual jsale ticket for a trip or accommodation or other tourist service.
01. Operator – tourist agency
The company called ” ANDREAS KALLIAKMANIS & CO ” and distinctive title «Forever Travel», is based in Athens , Ermou 64 is registered with GNTO under reg. No. 0206E600000330701, ID registration (GE.MI.) No. 69766503000 , hereinafter referred to as ” tourist office ” is a member of the Association of Travel and Tourist Agencies Greece (HATTA) with No. 585, is an organizer of trips & events, either on its own or jointly with other travel agencies, operates as an intermediary between hotels, other tourist agencies and means of transport, and sell them or offers them for sale alone, or through other tourist offices, with the ultimate purpose of selling travel packages to the consumers- travelers.
02. Contract of participate in a “package”
Your participation in organized trip (“package”) requires the signature of a contract between the travel agency and the “customer”, ie you, which covers your family or group you represent and cover the costs, a copy of which receive mandatory. These General Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of that contract.
03. General
The informations, data and recommendations contained in the General Terms and Conditions have been audited by Forever Travel during the preparation of this text for validity and accuracy, are general and apply if not stated otherwise in the each “package”, or to the contract between the office and the customer – consumer. The printed programs and / or the displayed on the website of the company, including the current list every time, valid for the period stated therein, and indivisible conjunction therewith, and in which mentioned any changes, corrections and informations for the travel packages that binding on all customers. The final configuration of the travel package, of the offered services and the price contained in the package contract, which are signed and accepted by the two parties (travel agency and client). The printed programs, informations and data programs may change due to frequent changes and extraordinary conditions worldwide and particularly in the transportations and international relations. In this case you will be notified in the most convenient manner, and for this reason, the office must have all your contact information (telephone, fax, email), to be able at any moment to get in touch with you. Organized at group considered the minimum participation of 20 persons per tour. In cases with fewer people, the trip can take place without the presence of the leader, with no extra charge.
04. Records – participation in packages
You can subscribe to any of our trips you are over 18 or if accompanied by an adult, as long as there are availability of seats and applicable each time rate and other charges. To be valid any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 35% of total costs of participation. Telephone or other reservations not confirmed through payment of the equivalent down not oblige the Forever Travel to reserve the seats. The right to participate in the package is ensured with the repayment of the total value of charges ten (10 ) days prior to departure. 05 . Package rates – charges etc.
The value of travel packages – cruises (the ” Rate”) refers to the applicable price list form and / or on the website of the company, which analyzes and other mandatory charges ( fees – taxes , airport taxes, fuel surcharges , gratuities , visa etc.). Rates are calculated on the day issued the price list / form based on the cost of services of each package, applicable fares / surcharges, taxes etc. costs, foreign exchange rates relative to the Euro, and any other cost factor. Fixed package and tours-cruises rates relate a person and cover only those mentioned in the ‘included’ services. The Forever Travel, after having exhausted every possibility of forecasting, reserves the right to adjust prices when the cost factors change.
The package – cruise rate can be changed up to 20 (twenty) days before the date of the departure, due to unforeseen increases in freight rates, exchange rates, fuel etc. These charges normally involve third party fees (taxes airports, ports, fuel surcharges, exchange differences, etc.). In case of an increase rate to a significant extent (more than 10% of the package total value), the traveler can cancel the entry and retrieve the monies paid or offered to another trip of equal or higher value. If the value of the offered package – trip will be lower the difference will be refunded. Customer’s obligation is to notify our office in writing of any decision within a reasonable time, but in no case exceed two days from the time of notification of the price increase.
Also, Forever Travel has the right, for a specified period or for a limited number of participations to have sold participations in favorable rates, with special terms of cancellation. The Children’s rates vary case by case & by event, by offering free accommodation, free food to some hotels and ships, until to a small discount (for ages 2-12 years and only when are two paying adults in the same room or cabin). In charters (chartered transport) all passengers and children, paying a regular ticket. In the case of cruise child charges (when two paying adults in the same room or a cabin) vary case by case depending on the cruise line, about the range of ages receive discounts, as well as the provided discount rate applicable according to age child. Children 2-12 years pay usually reduced airline or ferry ticket by 50% to 30% depending of the destination and in many cases reduced cost of accommodation if sharing a room with their parents. Infants – less than two years old pay only 10% of the air fare, but are not entitled to have a seat or and lunch on the plane or transport baggage or meals in the tour, or child bed in hotels. In many cases Forever Travel is able to further reduce the costs of participation for children in consultation with their parents. Keep in mind, and as already stated, in special chartered flights are usually not provided any child or infant discount. The seats of the group is usually 25 persons and is likely that, if additional persons want to join the group, required different / higher price from the airline and the additional charge (if still want to participate) bear the traveler, after been told by our consultant about. If you choose to stay in a triple room, you should know that the third person in triple rooms has little or no discount. Organized tours by Forever Travel usually include the costs of these necessary expenses for visa, for foreign excursions, airport taxes, permit fees, port charges, unless otherwise stated in the description or the list price of the specific tour. If Forever travel accepts a late booking excursion, after the deadline for an entry, the failure to obtain a visa or other travel documents or any other health formalities that required, are the sole responsibility and competence of the traveler even if Forever travel intervening directly or indirectly in it and does not relieve the traveler by any charged if ultimately not able to make the trip. 06. Obligations – responsibilities of the travel agency
Role of Forever travel is clearly intermediary to provide services to their customers, and for this, the responsibilities identified only in cases of omissions which attributable to organizational weaknesses of the travel agency. The Forever Travel shall not misuse that implies attenuating the mediating role and makes every effort to respond to expectations of its customers. In order to organize the trips, the travel agency uses airlines and other transport companies, cruise companies, hotels, local travel agents and other bodies to which do not have direct control. Forever Travel does not have its own airplanes, hotels, ships to be held responsible for incorrect or non-functioning. Forever travel is required to coordinate and execute with the best possible way the available package- trips. Having exhausted every possibility to predict and of care, is not responsible for any mistakes or omissions by third parties and their collaborators, and for emergency situations, such as cancellations, delays, rerouting of transportation vehicles (airplanes, ships, buses, trains, etc. ) or by exclusion ( ” embargo ” ) areas due to terrorism acts, strikes, and other causes. Can not, also, to pedict or to control any delays of charter flights (charters) or routed airplanes or boats for technical or meteorological or other reasons. Because of the likelihood of short or long delays, technical or weather or other reasons, customers do not need to plan visits or participation in events etc. during the days of operations or general transportation by one destination to another. The predicted times of departure of the airlines, on the trip descriptions are based on scheduled / published schedules of every shape including and charter flights / schedules in effect at the time of the program. It must notify, that the office is not able to predict or control circumstances foreign to the sphere of influence that may lead to the cancellation of the trip or losses due to non-performance or improper performance of the agreed services . Features : strikes, accidents, diseases, epidemics, organic disorders due to local conditions, altitude, climate, due these meals are not included in the travel schedule or due to insufficient hygiene by exogenous factors, injuries or hardships of war, coups, terrorist acts, hijackings, earthquakes, weather conditions, fire, epidemics, toxic contamination or any other emergency or force majeure. In these cases, is not liable for compensation for any damage caused by these conditions. If the noted problem could not be solved on the spot, after returning from the trip, the consumer must submit in writing to the office of any such complaint within 7 working days, along with any documents or evidence you have for its justification. After 7 days, the agency has no obligation to reply to any request. After the departure of the customer, if any losses or damage due to non-performance or improper performance of benefits of the trip, compensation is limited to what is set in international conventions, and who binding the country and governing those benefits .
Compensation is based on the non -performance or improper performance of the services of the trip and is limited to the double of the value of the per person price of the trip. To be possible the cost effective and to carry out a tour requires a minimum number of twenty (20) participants. As long as this number is not reached , the agency reserves the right to cancel this trip and had to inform its participants, and to propose any alternatives trips. If not an alternative solution occurs, Forever Travel is required to repay the money they had paid with no further obligations. There are services/benefits that are not descriptions of programs organized trips or listed as optional or not offered at all of our tourist office, or available at an extra charge in addition to the listed price, as finally enable their implementation. In the case of cruise these services may be booked during the cruise o board. These optional services, however, ( field excursions, evening events, entrance fees to museums, etc. ), it is mandatory for any side (organizer / traveler), and shall only be completed if a minimum number of participants and after the total amount prepaid. The travel agency is not responsible for optional services/benefits that carried out by local providers. 07.Obligations – Traveller’s responsibility

If the delay and inconsistency of the traveler has resulted in the loss of flight, tour, transportation or other service, the traveler will need to reconnect with the group on his own responsibility and expenses, with no refund for lost service. If the traveler interrupt the journey on his own decision and separated from the group, even for reasons of force majeure, is not entitled to any further service or compensation and the responsibility and expenses of any movement outside the group borne by him. Similarly, the Forever Travel is not responsible for package services or the cruise, which is provided to the traveler by his negligence or responsibility, due to illness. Before you depart from your hotel or accommodation or the cruise ship to ensure timely to repay any personal accounts (phone calls, drinks, etc.). In some hotels requested advance payment in euros (which is refundable if there has been no use of service) or credit card. 08. Hotels – accommodation / ships and other means of transport
All information regarding categorization, classification cruise, hotel accommodations and listed in the programs of our tour, comply with the applicable laws of each state for tourism classification cruise, hotel, accommodation and may differ from country to country. The rooms are supplied by the hotel from 13:00 to 3:00 p.m. and is available to residents until 10:00 on the departure day. The Forever Travel, of course, make every effort to extend the stay limit to accommodate the travelers departing on evening or early flights. Within the individual trip, in case of late arrival at the hotel after a day or the hour of the scheduled arrival of client and as long as there has been informed about the hotel or our office, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and dispose of the room for the whole period of detention, if requested. The Forever Travel reserves the right to change the hotel mentioned in the program designer with another of the same or higher category without a plea, update it will be made upon receipt of the final prospectus. In case of overbooking the side of the hotel, our office will make every effort to settle the matter in accordance with applicable host country. On cruise ships, each passenger must have his own bed and existing cabins usually have the ability to accommodate up to 4 people. 09. Passports, visas (visa) & health formalities

10. Insurance
The number of the insurance policy and the insurer of the data is available to the traveler in accountant’s office. There is the possibility of voluntary insurance in the desired amounts, which the agency strongly recommends us. Also, in case of sickness during travel within the EU, we recommend that you contact your Insurance Agency to issue the “European Health Insurance Card.” The tourist office has an insurance Professional Liability policy for each program, covering the potential liability to its customers, resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the package. important notes
1.Covered people who have not exceeded 75 years of age.

11. Baggage
The luggage delivered to the carrier and received the responsibility of their owners, whether or not accompanied representatives of the tourist office. In case of damage or loss, apply the the IATA Regulations for aircraft and relevant international treaties for each mode of transport and hotels, and responsibility, in this case, is restricted in accordance with these Conditions. In air travel, the weight of the luggage is not usually allowed to exceed 20 kg in economy class. As for cruise ships, although there is no limit to the number of luggage, remember that the space of your cabin, as spacious as it is, is limited. 12. Cancellations
To ensure cabins, hotels and other services needed to Forever Travel prepays significant amounts several months before making the trips planned and limited in its indemnity obligations in the event of partial or total cancellation. So we are in turn obliged to withhold the deposit in full or request additional payment in the event of accidental cancellation. Considered untimely any cancellation made within the last 21 days preceding the start of the journey, unless otherwise indicated in the description of the tour. Cancellations participation on the part of the customer are only writing to our office and, regardless of the date of booking (and as long as it is not possible to assign the booking to another person with the conditions set out in Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions ), subject to the following cancellation fees per person, depending on the time at which the cancellation is made:
• Before 21 days from departure: 10% of the total cost of the trip, as administrative costs and other expenses. (lower amount of forty euros)
• 20 and 14 days before departure: 35% of the total cost of the trip.
• 13 to 8 days of prior to departure: 50% of the total cost of the trip.
• 7 days before departure up to departure (non show-no-show): 100% of the total cost of the trip.
For special departures, festive periods, reporting periods, sporting or artistic events, conferences, cruises or trips made by special charter flights or charter vessels, the above mentioned periods may be longer and retentions rates higher and clearly stated on the form program of this trip. Charges are made regardless of the time of registration or whether the amounts already paid by the customers or not.
If one of the two people who are staying in a double room cancel their participation, and as long as the cancellation fee payable is not equal to 100% of the total cost of the trip, except for annulment, the traveler shall pay and difference of the room, as it will necessarily reside in a single.
Participation Cancellations or significant changes to the program on the part of the tourist office are subject to the following:
a) the customer may cancel their participation and retrieve the money that has been paid
b) to participate in another tour of the office with the same sales price or cheaper trip with simultaneous return of the price difference or a more expensive trip paying the extra price difference.

Special Departures, Travel clubs, schools, corporations conditions apply cancellations listed in force at the event contract. If not listed, then these terms apply.
To Forever Travel makes every effort to avoid such charges / cancellation when the cancellation resulting from illness, accidents, medical examinations and similar reasons, which do not create condition for cancellation in accordance with the general experience of life without deduction of cancellation. That is why we recommend obtaining private security for the amounts you wish and meet their cancellation for illness, accidents, medical examinations, etc. The settlement of accounts relating to cancellations made by our office at least 30 days after the end of the tour / trip. For cruises have different cancellation conditions according to the terms of contracts of any company which each excursion-cruise. For personal / individual travel different conditions apply cancellation under the terms of each fare airlines and policy issues cancellations of each hotel. 13. Special offers

Minimum participation for all package tours to destinations outside Europe is 16 people, unless otherwise stated in the description of the tour and on the signed contract between the Forever Travel and client-consumer. To destinations in Europe and North Africa the required minimum participation is 21 people unless otherwise stated in the description of the tour and on the signed contract between the Forever Travel and client-consumer. To Forever Travel has the right to cancel any trip if participation is deemed insufficient or for other reasons that in his judgment do not favor the realization. The Forever Travel must notify their customers of the cancellation of the tour up to 7 days before starting the journey. In this case the obligations of Forever Travel limited to a refund granted. Moreover, Forever Travel is committed to fulfilling the program of excursions as listed in the description of each trip. The Forever Travel also has the right to make changes in the program of measures it deems appropriate in order to overcome technical problems or unforeseen difficulties. Since the changes in the described program have been notified in any clear way to the customer the Forever Travel is not bound by the description of the excursion program. Changes airlines or flights (from morning to evening, etc.) do not change the nature of the journey and not a reason for canceling the traveler’s booking. However, if changes are deemed necessary during the trip, participants are obliged to accept them. For departures at Easter, Christmas and peak seasons in general is likely to change the program at the discretion of Forever Travel.
Made known in advance and expressly agreed that the airlines and for their own reasons sometimes charter flights for their own planes of another airline. This case is not a reason cancellations by the customer.
Changes in schedules and types of aircraft can be made by an airline at any time for operational reasons and we can not control. A programmed with “intermediate” station flight is from A to B city / country a continuous journey without stop and a planned “direct” flight can be done with one or more stations.
14. Optional excursions

Apart from the specific cases of organized departures where Greek attendant, and refers to the cruise program, in all other cases, optional excursions usually take place in English.
To Forever Travel accepts no responsibility for these optional excursions, which are organized and sold directly from the cruise line.
15. Entries
Each trip this program has a specific deadline for the entry form. This period is connected with corresponding time commitments Forever Travel to airlines, hotels, cruise companies, consulates for visas and other carriers used for the provision of services provided by each trip. It makes sense these institutions interested in places, rooms or other services that we keep even more sensible to be harmed because of an unexpected cancellation by us if a trip does not take place. Under these circumstances, the deadline for participation determines the time limits in which to cancel the trip without a corresponding economic impact on us. At the same time, provides a simple answer to the classic question “how long can I say?” And a decisive stimulus for participation for delaying at risk not to find place if ignore the deadline. But for us it is positive the deadline for participation because it helps in the early ‘closure’ of the projected positions, thus ensuring the necessary time for better organizational preparation of each departure.
16. Settlement of disputes
The tourist office and the traveler is bound to resolve in good faith any dispute arising during the execution of the contract for the package. Upon failure of those efforts, the Parties undertake to contact the Commission Friendly Dispute Resolution HATTA and request mediation of. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
