What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations for the trip must be made in writing directly to DestinoGrécia. Not responsible for airfare cancellations, reservations or any other extra services that are made directly by the customer.
The following scale of charges will apply as cancellation for all land packages, tours and programs;
Before arrival:
Charge 60 days or more: 10% of the sales price (administrative fee)
59-46 days: non-refundable deposit of 35% of the sale price
45-21 days: 50% of the sale price
20-0 days: 100% of the sale price
* Special conditions may apply for the cancellation of a personalized tour program.
The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified for tours that include a cruise program:
Before arrival:
60 days or more: 10% of the sales price (administrative fee)
59-46 days: 35% of the sale price
45-21 days: 50% of the sale price
20-8 days: 75% of the sale price.
7-0 days: 100% of the sale price.
* In special conditions can request cancellation.
In the event of having to remove a tour having started for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are unable to make repayments for faults of a tour including but not limited to, lost or tours meals.
Flight / ferry / train / bus tickets are not included in the cancellation policy above. Once your program is confirmed and tickets are bought, any changes in the program dates will have a rate of change or in case of cancellation (this is in addition to the service charge), 100% cancellation fee already that the tickets will be incurred regardless of the cancellation policy above.

I can change my itinerary after getting confirmations?
Once the tour documents and tickets were issued, the changes can only be made if the conditions allow air and supplier. Tours accommodation, cruise flights, private and can not be changed or revised 48 working hours before the departure date. $ 100 additional fee will be charged for any changes you make to your already confirmed tour program.
